To whom it may concern:

I have played on several pianos utilizing David Stanwood's new action and have
had one installed in my own Steinway. I find them responsive in the highest degree,
tremendously satisfying to play, with an ease of control in the softest playing that is
very rare in my experience. Mr. Stanwood is devoting his great knowledge, craft and
care to the service of an ideal: the most perfect possible realization of the piano's
potential. I have been impressed by his dedication, and the extent of his success, and
I think many other pianists will be as surprised and delighted as I have been.

Sincerely,

Richard Goode
